Excel tips worth knowing
Enter dates with DATE()
Use =DATE(year, month, day) instead of typing dates. It makes date arithmetic reliable and avoids regional format mix-ups.
Wrap formulas with ROUND()
Use =ROUND(formula, n). Without it, 2.3 + 2.3 shown with no decimals can appear as 2 + 2 = 5.
Join text with &
Try ="Report as of "&TEXT(NOW(),"dd-mmm-yyyy") for dynamic labels.
